If you are a taxi driver, please come and join us on Tuesday, March 7th between 9am and 4pm at WBEZ’s Navy Pier turnaround at Entrance 1. Click the map below for directions. Uber Chicago and WBEZ teams will be serving up coffee and donuts. Stop by to meet with the Uber Chicago and WBEZ staff and grab a snack. The drivers are the heart and soul of the Uber TAXI experience. We hear stories all the time — from fantastic conversations to start a day off during the morning commute to getting rescued on the side of the highway when a rider’s car breaks down — and we felt it was high time to show drivers our appreciation. :)
